CALANDRINIA.

The annual kinds may be sown under glass in March or out of doors in April; they need well – drained soil and a sunny spot. Grandiflora (18 in.), rose, and speciosa (9 in.), crimson-purple, should be grown. Umbellata has magenta flowers.
